The profession of Civil Engineering is concerned with designing and building large constructions projects including building, roads railways, dams, ports and bridges. As we have moved into the twenty first century, Civil Engineers are increasingly being required to address environmental issues such as pollution control, rising sea levels and energy.
These demands and future development in the field require broad and flexible technical education. PGS Engineering College has a Civil Engineering department with qualified staff and all necessary facilities in the form of well equipped laboratories, computers Labs workshop etc. The department adopts teaching methods most appropriate for the courses being followed.
